Rome is the body. 10 horns are Divisions of Rome after
476 AD. The talking horn, which comes up after the 10 horns, is Papal
Rome.
Leopard beast (sea beast) and scarlet beast are Papal Rome -
Same as talking horn. Bison (or earth beast) used to represent USA, image
beast is equivalent to but not the same as the returned beast.
